(NYSE AMERICAN: LIQT) (“LiqTech”) is pleased to announce that the Company has extended the Letter of Intent previously announced on April 11th. The Letter of Intent is with one of the world’s largest marine scrubber manufacturers, and the extension provides that the parties intend to enter into a definitive partnership agreement no later than October 1, 2018.
Mr. Sune Mathiesen, LiqTech CEO, remarked, “Our partner has spent the time since we signed the Letter of Intent testing our system. With this extension, both parties confirm that the expected performance parameters for our system as set forth in the Letter of Intent have been met. Our partner will now start the process of integrating our system with their complete system package. Additionally they are in the process of creating a go-to-market plan.”
