This panel is a discussion on the State of SPACs with two of the leading authorities on the topic, John Lipman and Mitch Nussbaum.

John is an Investment Banker and Investor with over 15 years experience advising growth companies having completed over 125 offerings and advisory assignments for various clients. He is currently Co-CEO of Roth CH Acquisition III, a $115 million SPAC, Chief Operating Officer and a Board Member of Roth CH Acquisition II, a $115 million SPAC that went public in December 2020 and announced its intended merger with Reservoir Holdings a leading independent music company in April. He was also the Chief Operating Officer and a Board Member of Roth CH Acquisition I, a $77 million SPAC that merged with plastics recycler PureCycle Technologies, which now trades under the ticker PCT.

Mitch is the Vice Chair of Loeb & Loeb and serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Capital Markets and Corporate Department. His practice focuses on representing emerging growth companies and investment banks and IPOs of operating companies and SPACs along with follow on public offerings, shell take downs, register direct placements, pipes, and other private placements. Mitch also regularly represents public companies regarding their SEC and NYSE or NASDAQ listing compliance and is acted as outside general counsel to hundreds of private and public companies, as well as their officers and directors. According to IPO, vital signs, lead tables in most of the past 10 years, Mitch has been ranked as one of the top five attorneys in the country based on the number of public offerings he has completed on behalf of issuers or underwriters.
